Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

For contracts concerning the purchase of goods, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

If you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these goods are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

For contracts concerning services or the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract was concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the Model Withdrawal Form provided below, but its use is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online using our withdrawal function at [URL OF THE ONLINE WITHDRAWAL FUNCTION]. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you confirmation of receipt on a durable medium, for example by email. This confirmation will include the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time on which it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us will not be reimbursed.

We will issue the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

For contracts concerning goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. Goods must be returned to:

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day return period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Services

If you requested that the performance of a service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount if you subsequently withdraw from the contract. This amount corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time when you notify us of your withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the services agreed under the contract.

For a paid service contract, the right of withdrawal expires early once we have fully performed the service, provided that, before performance began, you expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expired. You must also have acknowledged that your right of withdrawal would expire once we had fully performed the contract.

Digital Content

For a contract concerning the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires early once we begin performing the contract, provided that:

  • you expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expired;

  • you acknowledged that, by giving your consent, you would lose your right of withdrawal once performance began; and

  • we provided you with confirmation of the contract on a durable medium.
