Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the order, delivery destination and selected shipping method. The applicable costs are displayed in the shopping cart and before the order is submitted.

No additional shipping costs will be charged unless you were informed of them before completing your order.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are usually shipped with DHL. Depending on the destination, type and size of the goods, availability and selected shipping method, we may also use other carriers, including DHL Express, UPS, FedEx or DPD.

Unless a particular carrier has been expressly agreed upon during the ordering process, customers are not entitled to delivery by a specific carrier.

Delivery Area and Delivery Times

Delivery is available to the countries and regions that can be selected during the ordering process.

The applicable delivery time is displayed on the relevant product page or during checkout. If an order contains several items with different delivery times, the items may be delivered together or in separate shipments.

Express Shipping

Where express shipping is available, any additional costs will be displayed before the order is submitted. Express shipping may not be available for certain destinations, order times, products or types of goods.

Right of Withdrawal and Return Shipping

Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal applicable to distance contracts. Full details concerning the applicable deadlines, the exercise of the right of withdrawal, return shipping and refunds can be found in our Cancellation Policy and the accompanying Model Cancellation Form.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated in the Cancellation Policy. Please return goods only to the return address specified in that policy.

We do not provide any voluntary right of return or exchange beyond the rights required by law.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Your statutory rights concerning defective goods remain unaffected. If an item is defective, has been damaged in transit or was delivered incorrectly, please contact us before returning it. Customers will not be charged justified return shipping costs resulting from defective or incorrectly delivered goods.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
